When the snow is wet, yes it is very hard to shovel because it is so heavy.  The snow is usually dry during the middle of the winter, so it isn&#039;t too bad. 

We average around 60 inches of snow in a given year.  So far, the storm I&#039;ve written about above has the worst.  My family was essentially stuck at home for two days.</description>
