I am still dumbfounded that there are so many people that perceive it as noise. It is a key to success for leaders in a new era who can exercise emotional intelligence and learn from the wider community. Thank you for your friendship and support. I am glad we got to share a glass of wine on that plane to Denver. Keep up the great work.</description>
